The compact modern kitchen with a bar that opens onto the lounge room is fully
equipped with an oven, 4 induction hotplates, washing/drying machine, dishwasher and
refrigerator with integrated freezer… perfect for making meals from the fresh produce
bought at the nearby street market on place Monge. There are two bar stools for
having breakfast or a casual drink.
A small alcove with a wardrobe for clothes storage gives access to the bedroom which
has a panoramic view over the rooftops, a queen size double bed (W160 cm), an
upholstered chair and a table with a lamp.
The modern bathroom has a spacious shower, washbasin, a large mirror and toilet.

The apartment is near to the place de la Contrescarpe and rue Mouffetard, a very
lively area with numerous cafés and restaurants. You are in the heart of the Latin
Quarter, one of the oldest quarters of Paris, just 5 minutes walk from the Pantheon
and the Sorbonne and 10 minutes from the Luxembourg Gardens, the banks of the
Seine and Notre Dame Cathedral.
Follow in the footsteps of philosophers (Descartes) and writers (Hemingway) the
winding streets leading to Saint-Michel and Saint-Germain des prés. Nearby museums
include the Musée du Luxembourg, Musée de Cluny (Roman baths and medieval history)
and the Institute du Monde Arabe (Muslim art).
