This modern design apartment is at the 3rd floor(with elevator) of a building situated in
the heart of the Latin quarter.
There is a modern bathroom equipped with a shower with massage jets and separate
WC.
There is a living room and an open fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven,
micro-waves oven, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, washing and dryer machine, toaster,
coffee maker...).
The living room has a dining corner with a table and 4 chairs, as well as a double sofa
bed, a coffee table, decorative fireplace, flat screen and cable TV, HIFI, and DVD reader.
The bedrooms both overlook a small interior garden, so they are very quiet. They both
have a cupboard and a decorative fireplace with big mirror. The first one is equipped
with two very high quality single beds, very easy to use and one coffee table. The
second one is equipped with a large double bed.

the apartment.

Five minutes from Notre Dame Church, and the very animated rue Mouffetard, the
apartment is also located 10 min. walking to Saint Germain des Près, and the
Luxembourg Gardens. Other sights within walking distance: - Ile St. Louis - The Panthéon
- Centre Pompidou - The Sorbonne - Rue de Rivoli - Place des Vosges...
It is in the heart of a quarter abounding with commercial stores and restaurants. An
outdoor market is held 3 times a week at the Place Maubert, 20 metres away.
